NOTE :
(a) The test for the badges are given in the
Appendix.
(b) These Proficiency Badges shall be issued on
the basis of the certificates of qualified and
independent examiners appointed by the
Distt. Training Commissioner from the Panel
of examiners approved by the Local or District
Association.
(c) All these Proficiency Badges, unless otherwise
stated, shall be worn on the sash in parallel rows,
in ascending order from Nipun to Rajya Puraskar
Badge.
(d) All Proficiency badges of the Ranger section shall
be in red on white background.
