Musician:
(1) Play correctly on one of the following instruments: Veena, Sitar, Palwa, Patle, Nagi, kaji Moung and Sound, Flute, Fiddle, Piano, Harmonium, Organ and other recognized instruments. 140 Aims, Policy, Rules & Organisation Part -II
(2) Sing or play correctly two tunes of classical Indian Music.
(3) Must be able to play atleast three of the community songs collected by National Headquarters and teach atleast forty children to sing.
