Maharashtra State Bharat Scouts and Guides Celebrate Women’s Day at State Office

Maharashtra State Bharat Scout and Guide State Office and Sports and Youth Services Divisional Office Mumbai jointly organized a Women’s Honors Ceremony on 8th March 2021 in Mumbai on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

Mrs. Swati Nanal-Deputy Secretary, Mrs. Jawale- Under Secretary, Mrs. Sugandha Pawar- Desk Officer, Mrs. Waghmare- Assistant Desk Officer were present on the occasion. Government Officers and All Staff of Sports Department Mumbai as well as SHQ Officers and Staff of Scout Guide Office were present.

State Secretary and Divisional Deputy Director Shri Sanjay Mahadik was present as the Chairman.

Former State Secretary Mr. Mote sir, District Chief Commissioner of West Mumbai Mr. Navnath Phadtare, Pavilion Chief Mr. Pramod Patil were present as a Guest.

The program began with a Scout Guide prayer. All the women present on the occasion were honored with shawls and bouquets.

Expressing her feelings in her mind, Mrs. Nanal Madam said that it is my experience that success is certain if any work is viewed from a positive point of view. Thank you so much for the honor it feels like to be honored by our family.

Mrs. Jawle, Under Secretary also wished a happy Women’s Day.

Mrs. Shirkar, STC shared her experiences in the Scout Guide movement in her mind and wished a happy Women’s Day.

In his presidential address, Shri Mahadik Sir greeted the audience with a beautiful poem.

The program was introductory and moderated by Mr. Santosh Dusane. Responsibility for introduction and reception Six. State Secretary Shri Vaijnath Athavale officiated the function and Shri Prajakt Jamkar, Organizing Commissioner, felicitated Pawar.
