Guide Company :
(i) A Guide Company shall consist of not less than 12 but not more than 32 Guides.
(ii) A Guide company shall be a unit of a Group of Bulbul Flock, Guide Company and Ranger Team provided, however, where there is no such group, a Guide Company shall be treated as a Group.
(iii) Every Guide Company shall be registered.
(iv) Every Guide Company shall have a name, where the Guide Company is a unit of a group, it shall take the name of the Group; the Group may be named after the locality, the institution or any great Personalities
(Female) of India; every Group shall also have a serial number assigned by the Local or the District Association, as the case may be
